Questions? Contact us

1. Free trial

New Movcues workspaces receive a 14-day Growth trial. No payment card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial, you must select an available paid plan to continue using paid functionality. No payment is collected for the trial itself, so there is nothing to refund for the trial period.

2. Subscription billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the price and billing interval presented at checkout. Payments are processed through Paddle, which may act as Merchant of Record for Movcues transactions. Paddle's buyer, payment, tax, and privacy terms may also apply.

3. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments for Movcues subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started. This includes where you stop using Movcues, cancel after a renewal has processed, do not use all plan capacity, change business requirements, or forget to cancel before renewal.

This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or remedies that apply to you.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may review requests involving duplicate or incorrect charges, an unauthorized transaction, a material technical failure, or another exceptional circumstance. If approved, a full or partial refund may be issued through Paddle to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel an eligible subscription through the billing-management experience available in your Movcues dashboard. For an active subscription, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue to use the paid service until then, unless the subscription is ended immediately for another reason.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already processed. Different behavior may apply to subscriptions that are past due, paused, canceled, or otherwise inactive.

5. Plan changes and allowances

Where a plan change is available, the price, credit, proration, and timing shown during the Paddle checkout or billing-management process apply. Monthly active-user limits are soft allowances: exceeding an allowance does not immediately stop collection or running experiences, and does not itself create a right to a refund.

6. Contact

For billing or refund questions, contact [email protected]. You may also use Paddle buyer support for Paddle-processed transactions.
