Questions? Contact us

1. Agreement and service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Movcues, including its dashboard, SDK, APIs, analytics services, surveys, targeting tools, and in-product experiences. Movcues is operated by Rashmika Navod ("Movcues", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, joining a workspace, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Movcues helps product teams collect product-usage events, analyze behavior, create funnels and segments, associate activity with identified users, deliver in-product experiences, and measure engagement and responses. Features vary by plan and may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account or workspace, the security of devices that access Movcues, and ensuring that invited members are authorized to access workspace data. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for deciding who has access and what authority they receive, subject to their plan limits.

3. Trials, subscriptions, and billing

New workspaces currently receive a 14-day Growth trial with no payment card required. Paid fees are recurring until canceled. Current prices, capacities, and features are shown on the pricing page or at checkout; taxes may be added where applicable.

Payments and subscription management are handled through Paddle. We may store the identifiers and status information necessary to associate a Paddle subscription with your organization, but we do not store complete payment-card details. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

4. Customer data and privacy

“Customer Data” means information submitted to or collected through Movcues on your behalf, including analytics events, user identifiers and properties, custom events, survey answers, experience definitions, and related information. You retain your rights in Customer Data. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, display, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You may install the SDK only on properties you own or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for your implementation, privacy notices, consent mechanisms, opt-outs, and responses to your users' privacy requests. Do not intentionally send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, authentication secrets, or other highly sensitive information through Movcues.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Movcues to violate law or another person's rights; distribute malicious code; gain unauthorized access; interfere with the service; bypass plan, security, or access controls; engage in unlawful surveillance; or send abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, or illegal in-product content. You are responsible for the content and behavior of guides, surveys, banners, checklists, and other experiences you create.

6. Service changes, availability, and suspension

Movcues is an evolving product. We may add, remove, modify, or redesign features, and some may be experimental or available only on particular plans. We aim to operate reliably but provide the service on an “as available” basis. Analytics may be delayed, duplicated, lost, or blocked by network, browser, or privacy-tool conditions. Do not use Movcues as the sole system of record where loss could create material financial, safety, legal, or regulatory harm.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, abuse, material violation of these Terms, non-payment, a legal requirement, or conduct threatening the service or other customers. Where practical, we will try to provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual property, feedback, and termination

Movcues and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Movcues for your internal business purposes during your permitted trial or subscription.

If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without compensation. You may stop using Movcues at any time, but ending use of a workspace does not itself cancel a paid subscription. Export or request important Customer Data before termination where export functionality is available.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movcues is provided without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We do not guarantee that analytics, targeting, segmentation, survey results, or other outputs will be complete, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity. Movcues' aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Movcues during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, excluding conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Colombo have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory rights available to you.
